Breastfeeding is instinctual, but it is also learned! Hanging out with other women breastfeeding their babies and discussing various challenges can be hugely beneficial both before your baby is born and once you’re ready to leave home with your baby.
There are also breastfeeding counsellors and lactation consultants who are breastfeeding professionals that will work with you to improve your breastfeeding or overcome challenges.
